UI Design
Led the UI design and architecture of a complex employee healthcare benefit enrollment application and responsive website. Developed motion graphics using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects to make the user-experience more engaging and informative. To ensure organization and project management, worked with cross-functional teams using Jira, Confluence, Figma, and Microsoft Teams.

Challenge
Many employees enrolling in healthcare benefits struggle with the complexity of the enrollment process and often feel uncertain about their choices. My role in this project was to work collaboratively across all departments to develop and design a streamlined navigation structure, ensuring it was more intuitive and accessible. By creating informative motion graphics and simplifying the enrollment steps, we aimed to make it easier for employees to enroll with confidence and clearly understand their benefits.

Major Medical Options
I worked with internal teams to develop a step-by-step navigation that guides employees in learning about, purchasing, and submitting proof of their Major Medical insurance plan.
Step 1
Learn more about the Major Medical Plan (ICHRA)
Step 2
Shop for & purchase a plan
Step 3
Submit Proof of Insurance through the My ICHRA Portal
Let's Begin
Using Figma, I designed a home screen that guides employees on how to get started with uploading and submitting proof of insurance.
I worked with IT to design a user-friendly form that auto-populates employee information for a seamless experience.
Tapping "Need Help?" opens a popup with instructions to guide employees through the form.
Upload a photo or file of proof of purchase, then sign the electronic Proof of Insurance Agreement.
If the Proof of Insurance is approved, the employee can look forward to automatic reimbursement payments from their employer. If denied, the employee will receive an automatic email from their employer explaining the reason for the denial.
