Challenge
The primary challenge was to design a landing page enabling employers to easily schedule consultations and explore PayrollPlans' offerings. Additionally, a separate landing page was needed for employers to register for webinars detailing available virtual services and benefit offerings, along with three email templates to encourage client participation in these webinars.

Process
Client Briefing & Collaboration: Met with internal departments and client to align on brand identity, target audience, campaign objectives, and project scope.
Wireframing & Email Templates: Created wireframes in Figma and developed 3 email templates in the client’s MailChimp account for a seamless client experience.
Development & Technical Feasibility: Developed high-fidelity designs of landing pages and email templates, focusing on responsiveness, accessibility, and alignment with the client’s branding. Worked with IT to validate that the designs are technically implementable, ensuring compatibility.
Client Feedback: Presented to client and internal departments to review high-fidelity mockups and email templates, ensuring alignment with the client’s vision and objectives.
Integration & Deployment: Partnered with IT during the integration phase to ensure seamless implementation of designs, and check for bugs across all devices.
Post-Launch Support & Optimization: Monitored campaign performance with marketing and IT, gathering insights for iterative improvements in future campaigns.
