I redesigned the Emerge Counseling & Art Therapy website, focusing on improving user experience, making it easier for visitors to explore the site and find relevant information. The goal of this redesign was to keep visitors in the website longer, as well as increase contact inquiries and service booking requests.

Challenge
The client approached me with a clear issue: visitors were leaving the homepage after just 30 seconds, and she wasn’t sure why. Additionally, she wanted to boost contact inquiries and service booking requests. With these goals in mind, she needed a strategy to improve the website's design and user experience in a way that would drive engagement and conversions without overwhelming visitors.

Let's keep it short & sweet
To avoid overwhelming visitors and keeping them on the homepage longer, I recommended condensing the "About" section and shifting the details to the About page.

I designed an engaging services section on the homepage with a "Learn More" button linking to the Services page to increase booking inquiries.

Clicking "More Info" opens a lightbox, allowing visitors to learn more about each service easily and book with a "Book Now" button.

Clicking "Book Now" opens a lightbox where visitors can enter their name, email, and select a service before sending, allowing for a seamless booking experience.

I redesigned the Contact page for better usability and increased inquiries.
